1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery and return is applicable only for 5 days.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products opened or partially consumed.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or with discounts, unless defective or damaged.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

  • If the returned product meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the order is canceled before it is dispatched.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Return Process

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at biesca@gmail.com
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

6. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, you can opt for a replacement of the same product instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to product availability, replacement timeframe is 5-8 business days.


7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

8. Exceptions

Biesca reserves the right to refuse a refund or return if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above or if the request is raised after the stipulated time frame.
