1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS, followed by a shipment tracking link once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metropolitan Cities: 3–5 business days all products will be delivered.
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities and Rural Areas: 5–7 business days all products will be delivered.
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or logistical delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
- Use the tracking ID on our logistics partner’s website to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at biesca@gmail.com or 9452746780 within 48 hours of delivery.
- For damaged shipments, kindly provide photographs of the product and packaging for verification.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- In case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery.
- If the delivery fails repeatedly, the order will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. International Shipping
- At present, we do not offer international shipping.
